Details about the Upgrade
Because we care about your future success using the Enterprise platform, we’re transitioning to a faster, more advanced server in order to create an even better user experience for our customers.

Enterprise Services Will Be Unavailable
In order to perform this upgrade, there will be a window of downtime for all Enterprise services. In an attempt to create as little disruption as possible, this will occur within a timeframe that is considered off-hours for the majority of our customers.

Our Platform's External IP Addresses will Change
If your organization's email provider provides a 'whitelist' service, please have our new IP addresses added to ensure that our system emails will be delivered correctly to your Enterprise Administrators.

If your Payment Gateway requires that third-party services have their IP addresses whitelisted, please have our new IP addresses added to ensure that transactions will continue to process as expected.

If your organization accesses our API's to dynamically pull data on an automated schedule, please be aware that it may take some extra time for the change in IP addresses to replicate through the DNS services.
