Details about the Upgrade `````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Because we care about your future success using the Enterprise platform, we’re transitioning to a faster, more advanced server in order to create an even better user experience for our customers.
Enterprise Services Will Be Unavailable ````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` In order to perform this upgrade, there will be a window of downtime for all Enterprise services. In an attempt to create as little disruption as possible, this will occur within a timeframe that is considered off-hours for the majority of our customers.
Our Platform's External IP Addresses will Change ````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` If your organization's email provider provides a 'whitelist' service, please have our new IP addresses added to ensure that our system emails will be delivered correctly to your Enterprise Administrators.
If your Payment Gateway requires that third-party services have their IP addresses whitelisted, please have our new IP addresses added to ensure that transactions will continue to process as expected.
