For all customers using the Paya/Sage payment gateway (a.k.a. 'Kimbia Merchant Services), there is a planned maintenance for Sunday February 24, 2019 from 1:00 am to 5:00 am EST:

During this planned maintenance window, The GiveGab Enterprise platform will not be able to process transactions with Paya/Sage Payment Gateway. This means that forms connected to a Paya/Sage payment processor will receive errors when attempting to submit transactions during the outage.
