Scheduled Maintenance - AWS Migration
Scheduled Maintenance Report for GiveGab Enterprise
Our migration over to AWS has been completed. Forms are rendering and submitting as expected.

There are 3 outstanding items that our team discovered during the verification stage, that we are actively working to resolve:

1. When PDF Receipting is turned on, multiple confirmation emails are delivered.
- In order to resolve this for now, our team has turned off PDF Receipting for all campaigns so donors will only receive 1 confirmation email.

2. Changes made within the platform are not populating after save, and edit menus/add menus are not populating when attempting to change various form configurations.
- To resolve this, refresh your browser window and the changes should populate on the screen and the edit menus/add menus should open up when their buttons are clicked again.

3. Local Questions cannot be added to forms or edited on forms.
- Global Questions work as expected and can be edited.

During our initial attempt to migrate to AWS on April 2nd, verification checks did not pass for us to proceed in the process. We will be reattempting the migration this Sunday evening.

This migration is planned for Sunday, April 9th at 9pm CT through Monday, April 10th at 8am CT. During this migration there will be an expected outage in the early morning (approximately 3am to 5am CT) during which:
- embedded forms and widgets will not display
- the Administrative panel will not be accessible
- 'Report Anywhere' links will not be accessible
- API data feeds will not be accessible
