This product release has been removed, and will be re-scheduled for a future date. The Platform has been rolled back to the most recent release version on April 14, 2020.

After a successful deployment of the product update, we saw degraded performance for newly deployed code that was intended to better leverage our caching vendor’s services. This degraded performance caused sporadic display of forms, so we made the decision to roll back the update.

We will be deploying a platform wide product update of both feature enhancements and bug fixes.

During this release window, we expect that:
- Any currently logged in Admins will automatically be logged out and will not be able to log in until the release is completed (Administrative Control Panel)
- All embedded Donation, Registration and RFI forms will continue to display and process submissions/transactions
- Secure Report URLs will function, however the delivery of the result file may take longer than usual for requests initiated during the release window (API)
- RESTful XML endpoints will function, however the delivery of the results may take longer than usual for requests initiated during the release window (API)
- Scheduled payment processing (ongoing and installment payments) will transact at their normally scheduled time
